Return and Refund Policy for AZ Shirt Store

At AZ Shirt Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our Return and Refund Policy below for details on how to return items and request refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., shirts with custom designs).

  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during a clearance event.


3. Refund Fee

  • $50 refund fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • This fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • 50$ restocking fee.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

 

  1. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item(s).


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.


6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method minus the $50 refund fee.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


7. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@azshirtstore.shop.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The $50 refund fee does not apply to exchanges.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@azshirtstore.shop. We will provide a prepaid return label and either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

  • Issue a full refund, including shipping costs (no $50 refund fee applies).


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
